Seneca County Board of Election reprisal action accelerates the dismantling of in person voting.
Who gave the go ahead for the Ohio Seneca County Board of Elections to initiate reprisals & violate the 1st amendment rights against election workers participating in a ballot referendum to remove voting machines? Why is the current and would-be Secretary of State Robert Sprague silent?
Ohio law sets a few basic qualifications for election workers:
-
Be a county resident.
-
A registered voter.
-
have no felony convictions.
But in Seneca County, officials added another to its polling location managers.
DON'T OPOSE VOTING MACHINES!
At it's August 26 meeting, the four member board of elections approved a motion "that any active member publicly or actively working against the use of voting machines [is] ineligible to serve as a polling location manager."
